Disaster 101 CLE
Event Details
Join AppalReD Legal Aid's Disaster Response Team and Pro Bono Program on April 4 as they offer a free, three-hour CLE. Presenters are attorneys who have worked at the forefront of Kentucky’s most recent natural disasters. Attorneys will feel confident to volunteer and effectively represent clients with issues arising from the February 2025 flooding or other natural disasters their communities may face. Attorneys will receive an overview of typical legal issues relating to natural disasters and learn more about FEMA appeals and how attorneys can best represent their clients in navigating these issues while trying to recover.
CLE credit is pending.
