  • Tax Court Litigation
  • Identity Theft
  • Provide consultations about a tax matter

Do you have questions about these or other tax issues? Call our clinic directly at 1-800-477-1394 or email our LITC Paralegal Tina Heiser at tinah@ardfky.org.

Although the AppalReD Low Income Taxpayer Clinic receives funding from the IRS, the clinic, its employees, and volunteers are not affiliated with the IRS. A taxpayer's decision to use the tax clinic's services will not impair the taxpayer's rights before the IRS.

Our clinic personnel do not prepare tax returns, but they can refer you to locations that will prepare returns for free.
