Mike Mcarty, B.A.  Mike was one of the original detectives with the Domestic Violence Division in Nashville, Tennessee and was instrumental in developing and implementing the community-based program.  Nashville's Domestic Violence Unit has been labeled a model program by the U.S. Department of Justice and Former President Bill Clinton and has been adopted by communities throughout the world.
